Ms Tiina Sooba and Ms Reet Raidur Chairman - Estonia
Tiina Sooba has experience in the banking sector since the late 1990s. She has worked in Hansapank (now Swedbank) in different positions mainly in retail banking, investments and pension and life insurance areas. Tiina has managed sales and service area, which involved managing more than 40 branches with more than 700 employees. In the last 5 years Tiina worked in SEB bank, where she was responsible for trainings in retail banking (including private advisors) in Estonia and coordinated trainings for retail advisors in all three Baltic States."
Ms Raidur has long competence within banking industry - during 19 years Ms Raidur has held different positions with different responsibility, mainly in front line. In last 8 years she has been developing Private Banking business with full profit/loss responsibility. Throughout her career she has held several positions, all related to front office activities. Eight years' experience in Treasury gave her good understanding of different markets and financial products. She joined Private Banking in 2005 as an investment portfolio manager, to provide solutions to affluent individuals. Main targets as the head of Private Banking since 2007 have been to build a holistic and competitive offer for segment clients and ensure excellent concept delivery and high customer satisfaction. Ms Raidur has led the Wealth division in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Estonia branch (SEB) in 2009-2011 and has been a supervisory board member of AS SEB Varahaldus. Euromoney has acknowledged SEB Private Banking as the best private banking service provider in Estonia in 2012 and the best service provider in super affluent segment in 2013.
From 2015 the main focus is to develop Estonian national financial advisory community helping the sector to comply with the regulations and rules in certification of advisors. Ms Raidur is the management board member of the Estonian Financial Advisory Association (EFAA) and EFPA Estonia.
Ms Raidur has M.Si. in Law from University of Tartu and she has EMBA in strategic management from the same university.
